Keith began his career in commercial real estate in 1982 with General Property & Services, Inc. (GP&S), a wholly subsidiary of Gulf Publishing Company. Later, Keith became Vice President until Gulf Publishing sold GP&S to Keith in 2000.
Keith has been in business since 1982 and has co-brokered over $600 million+ dollars of real estate transactions, concentrated mostly in land and warehouse sales. Over the years, Keith has brokered almost every type of commercial and residential product.
Jaehne has been involved in hundreds of land transactions representing thousands of acres in the Houston area for residential and commercial development. Keith’s brokerage activities are allocated between extensively marketing a listing portfolio and effectively finding a match for his buyer’s requirements. Keith is also a principal that has formed dozens of joint venture partnerships to acquire land and warehouse investment opportunities.
Keith has been recognized in the Who’s Who in American Society and Business. He also serves on various boards in the Houston area. A third generation Houstonian, Keith is an associate member of CCIM, member of the Commercial Real Estate Network, Houston Board of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Keith holds a BBA degree in Management and Finance from Baylor University (1980) and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas (1985).

Brandon began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 with General Property & Services, Inc. (GP&S). Since 2007, Brandon has brokered over $30+ million dollars of real estate transactions, concentrated mostly in raw land, warehouse sales, residential, farm and ranch, and property management sales.
Brandon formed Jaehne Property Management in 2009 and manages homes in Katy, TX. Brandon’s brokerage activities are focused on investment real estate transactions in the Greater Houston area. Brandon is also a principal in dozens of joint venture partnerships to acquire land and warehouse investment opportunities. He also serves as the Commercial Realtor Chair for BNI (Business Networking International) Winner’s Circle in Atascocita, TX. A fourth generation Houstonian, Brandon is a CCIM Candidate Member, Houston Association of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Brandon holds a BBA degree in Real Estate and Finance from Baylor University (2007).
A native Houstonian, Debbie Songer, is passionate about listening intently to her clients’ needs and working tirelessly to obtain the best value, whether they are buying or selling their home. Debbie is no stranger to hard work, long hours, and also possesses excellent communication skills. A fourth generation Houstonian, Justin is a Memorial Senior High School graduate and a 2013 graduate of Texas Christian University, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in Energy Technology and Management.
Started as entry level, June, 2005 and moved up to licensed realtor. Assists with property management, real estate development and maintenance. Researches prospective commercial and residential real estate acquisitions. Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Performs duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
